Unequivocal and Strong No to General Paul Kagame's Third Term.

As expected, Gen Paul Kagame has publicly stated his intentions to run for a third term in 2017 presidential elections. After several months of arm twisting, intimidations, threats, and evasive answers, he has finally shown what his real intentions had been, all along: running for a third term and, potentially, for life.

To achieve this goal, he and his cronies devised a sham popular petition that led to a so-called “referendum”. The “referendum” paved the way for constitutional amendments that would allow him to run for office for a third term.

Opposition Catégorique du CND à tout Amendement Constitutionnel visant  un Troisième Mandat pour le Président Rwandais Sortant.

Bien qu'on s'y attendait, notre Organisation oppose une fin de non-recevoir et catégorique à la résolution du Parlement de Kigali visant à permettre Paul Kagame de briguer un troisième mandat à la Présidence du Rwanda. Au moment où le monde entier en général et plusieurs pays du continent africain en particulier veulent entrer dans la logique d'une alternance politique par la voie des urnes, le dictateur de Kigali veut instaurer un régime hérmetiquement fermé à toute opposition politique démocratique.

Démenti Catégorique de l'implication de Général Musare dans les Combats au Sud-Kivu

Le Congrès National pour la Démocratie (CND-NDC), une coalition du Ralliement pour l'Unité et la Démocratie (RUD-Urunana) et le Rassemblement du Peuple Rwandais (RDR), voudrait apporter un démenti catégorique sur les informations qui ont été colporté ces derniers jours principalement par les journaux du régime de Kigali. Les dites nouvelles affirment que Gen. Musare, Commandant de l'Armée Nationale-Imbonezagutabara, aurait été impliqué dans des combats qui auraient eu lieu récement au Sud Kivu (Est de la RDC).
