National Democratic Congress/Congres National Pour la Democratie was created in Europe in 2006, following multiple initiatives in Rwanda, Africa, and Europe.
What led to the Creation of National Democratic Congress
The main initiatives that led to the creation of National Democratic Congress are:
- Framework agreement between Rally of Unity and Democracy (RUD-Urunana) and Rally for the Rwandan People (RPR-Inkeragutabara) (in French: Accord–Cadre de Collaboration enter RUD-Urunana and Rassemblement Populaire Rwandais (RPR), signed in Kigali on 4 April 2005, especially in its first paragraph regarding the fusion of the two organizations ;
